Hold and spin slots Norway: symbols lock, and the rest spin again
Hold and spin locks marked symbols and respins the rest. The counter and any second debit are not stored. Cascades drop symbols instead of locking them.
Hold and spin slots lock some symbols in place and spin the others again. The lock is the point. A symbol that stays is not a new symbol falling into a gap, and the respin is not a fresh stake unless the panel shows one. On Slotlounge the welcome cell is empty, so it does not state a respin count.
RollXo and Goldex are empty welcomes too. N1 Bet is empty as well, and it is not required to be a slots house for this rule to be checked on the three lobbies that are. No return percentage is stored. No BankID step and no Vipps step belong here.
What hold and spin keeps on the grid
A spin lands symbols. The rules name a symbol, often a money symbol or a picture the sheet marks, that locks when it lands. The other positions spin again. Each respin can lock more symbols. A counter on the screen may tick down, and a new lock may reset that counter. We do not store the counter's starting value, and we do not store whether a new symbol resets it. If the sheet prints a 3, that 3 is that sheet. It is not a Norway-wide rule for Slotlounge, RollXo, or Goldex.
The round you paid for is still the stake on the panel, on the ordinary reading. A second debit is not stored. If the panel takes more money when the hold phase starts, believe the panel and stop if you did not want that debit. Do not multiply the stake by the number of respins. The respins are inside the feature. They are not ten separate games unless the cashier shows ten debits.
A missing hold-and-spin note in the rules is an answer. The game pays by some other rule. It does not mean the feature is switched off until you deposit.
Cascades, queues, and a bought feature
Cascading reels drop new symbols into gaps left by a win, inside the spin you paid for. Nothing has to lock first. A cascade can happen on a game that never offers hold and spin. Hold and spin can happen on a game that never drops symbols. If both appear in one title, the sheet will say so. We do not store a title list, so we will not pretend they arrive as a pair.
Autoplay is a queue of rounds you set. A queue is not a respin inside one round. Turbo, where a game has it, shortens the animation of a round. Faster pictures are not locks. Ways are not a payline count, and they are not a hold. A ways win can trigger a hold feature only if the sheet says the trigger works that way. The ways figure is not a respin count.
Bonus buy is a separate price for a feature. That price is not the empty welcome. Buying the feature, if the button exists, does not tell you the counter. Read the feature rules after the button, not instead of them. A missing buy button is an answer. You play for the feature or you do not.
The paytable is the rules sheet inside the game, not the round log. Open it before you care about locks. The round log shows what already happened. It does not define the next counter.
Empty cells stay empty
Slotlounge, RollXo, and Goldex do not publish a welcome figure we can turn into a feature price. N1 Bet does not either. There is no BankID claim and no Vipps claim on this page, because a login method does not set a respin. Volatility tags are not a lock rule. A low or high label does not say how many symbols hold.
Demo, if the title has it, lets you see a lock without a cash debit. It does not prove the cash game uses the same counter once any bonus is attached. None of these welcomes has a wagering figure to attach. Check the cash panel anyway.
Before you chase the lock
- Read which symbol holds. If every symbol can hold, the sheet should say so. If it does not, assume only the marked ones do.
- Read the counter and whether a new lock resets it. If those words are missing, skip the title or play one spin you can afford to watch.
- Watch the balance through the first feature. A surprise second debit is a reason to stop, not a reason to guess the rest.
- Do not treat a clean-sheet football ticket as related. A concession and a locked symbol are different products.
Filled grids are the usual end of the feature: every position locked, or the counter ran out. Which of those ends the round, and what a full grid pays on top of the locked values, is not stored. A jackpot label, if the sheet uses one, is not an amount we can print. The empty welcome cells are not jackpots either.
The Norway hub lists the houses named here. 18+ only. Confirm the sheet and the cashier. If hold and spin is not in the rules, the feature is not in the game.
